Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number after 7 days, please contact our  support team and we’ll be happy to assist! 

Want to change or cancel your order?

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our support team, Support@laviplife.com and request a change or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and can no longer be modified.

Why does the final page at check out show prices in USD instead of my country's currency?

For your convenience we provide currency conversion on our prices, but our payment gateway is in USD currency.  

Why are Shipping times from 3 to 5 weeks?

La VIP Life uses merchants from all over the world in order to provide you the best prices and the most unique products. This means that your order is shipped from around the world such as Thailand, China, India, Japan etc.


Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. You can keep track of your order with the tracking # provided after your purchase have been processed. 

Didn’t receive your order?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days, contact us through email at Support@laviplife.com for a free replacement.
